We aim to provide services in a flexible and timely manner and want participants to feel free to talk to us about your expectations and how we can gain mutually agreed outcomes.
There are a few things we ask:
- Tell us if you are unhappy about anything, we are a quality service and want to remain that way.
- Please treat us with respect. We will be treating you with respect. No bad language or behaviours will be tolerated.
- Please discuss your concerns at any point with us.
- Refer to your service agreement regarding cancellations and not showing up for an appointment. We want to be reasonable on our staff and on you. We have to work as a team to achieve this. We have an agreement in writing so that you have timely access to what we have agreed to and this allows for open, transparent communication. Feel free to ask us at any point. The agreement is meant to make things open and transparent. If it is not working for you then we need to make modifications so it will.
